What do I need to do to access my wholesale account at

Navigate to and enter your email when prompted. You will then receive a temporary code that will allow you to login to your account. You will need to use the same email we have on record for your business account (the one you have previously used to login to your wholesale account).

Once there please navigate to your account area and verify your shipping and billing addresses are accurate before you place your next order.

I tried to login with my account email, and received a message that says: “You’re not registered as a B2B customer with Luna Norte Wholesale - Log into another account.” What should I do?

Please contact us via our contact form  so we can verify your account details. If your legacy account with our previous website did not contain a shipping and billing address, we will need these details to finalize your account access.

I have an account, but I can’t login! What should I do?

What new features does your website upgrade include?

The new website is substantially faster than our previous one, with an improved checkout experience. Additionally, you will now be able to include multiple storefront locations to order and ship too, add additional staff accounts with buyer access, and vault credit card payment information.

Why has your web address changed?

We have changed our web address from to to match our new retail website at

Why do some of your emails still end in .com?

We haven’t yet switched all of our emails over yet to the new .co address.

Will you be shipping internationally?

Yes. However, it may take us some time to finalize our shipping systems to accommodate international customers.

Clients with accounts on Faire, may continue to order to international destinations without interruption in service.

We apologize for any inconvenience to our valued international customers, and promise to resume service to you as soon as possible.

I placed an order on your website, and need to initiate a return or refund, what do I do?

Contact us via our contact form  so we may work with you to resolve the issue. Orders placed via cannot be handled via our new website at Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or other means negotiated between Luna Norte and your business.

I want to become a wholesale client, what do I do?

You may apply to become a wholesale customer filling out our application here.

Once your application is approved we will need additional information from you to finalize your account, such as a billing and shipping address.
