Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm (PST). Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 1pm (PST) on Friday will ship the following week. All domestic shipments are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise requested.

Current Rates for shipments within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): $7.00
• Priority Shipping (3-5 business days): $15.00
• Orders over $50: Free standard U.S. shipping.

Luna Norte is not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

• We are currently shipping to Canada, UK, and most EU nations (except Germany, Ireland and Portugal).
• International Shipping via DHL Express or by DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct (delivery time varies depending on destination).
• Please note: DHL requires recipients to sign for International deliveries.
• Rates are calculated at checkout.
• Please note: We do not currently offer free shipping to addresses outside of the United States.

*The above delivery timeline does not include weekends, holidays and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). For orders outside the U.S. shipping times may vary based on location.
